Stokes County Schools employs a three-step process for identification of potential students who may receive gifted educational services. The process begins with a student search, transitions to the school committee for formal identification/assessment, and finally ends with placement to receive appropriate service options. The information collected throughout each phase of the process is used to make informed placement decisions to meet the needs of each individual.
